"I have been involved with the arts for almost 60 years. Although, it has always been in the audio arts. I have been a musician since I was 16, and even toured the blues circuit for about 20 years, meeting and playing with some of the greats. But in 2011, I decided to try my hand at visual arts, early on gravitating toward pen and ink.

In 2013, I did my first art show at The Sunflower Art Festival where I took best of show. I have won many awards since then in competition showings. I have even had an ad for Blick Colored Pencils in Artist Magazine, and have done book illustrations for a local author.
